Jalapeño-Lime Guacamole
INGREDIENTS
3 avocados
2 tomatoes diced
1 small chopped red onion
1 tsp. Fresh Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil
1 tbsp. Jalapeño-Lime Cottonseed Oil
1 lime
Salt to taste
1 tsp. Fresh Cilantro Cottonseed Oil (optional)
METHOD
Mash the avocados in a large mixing bowl. Chop the tomatoes and onion. Mix all ingredients together. Squeeze the lime juice in the guacamole. Enjoy!
