How long will my order take to ship?

We will make every effort to ship your order within three business days of receiving it, unless otherwise specified by your shipping method choice. We reserve the right to hold shipments if extreme weather (hot or cold) is likely to damage the product. Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible after the extreme weather has passed. If you have not received your order within 10 days of placing it, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I pick up my order?

Can you ship outside of the US?

What is your return and exchange policy?

We hope you love your Acala Farms cottonseed oils, but if the product disappoints or you have any concerns, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your shipment. We will be happy to replace or refund your order. Our first priority is your satisfaction.


Do the oils have any allergens?

Acala Farms cottonseed oils are free of the eight common allergens (milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish and shellfish).


What is the shelf life of the oils?

The oils are shelf stable, but should not be exposed to sunlight, extreme temperatures or water. With proper storage (seal tightly) and care, the oils should stay fresh for 24-30 months. Refrigerating the oils will keep them fresh longer, but they will solidify to some degree in this environment. Be sure to remove from refrigeration and allow to return to room temperature before using.
