Lemon Garlic Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp Acala Farms Fresh Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 8 small lamb chops
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, 1 Tbsp Acala Farms Fresh Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  3. Place lamb chops in bowl and let marinate for up to one hour.
  4. In a large frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp Acala Farms Fresh Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil.
  5. Brown both sides of the meat on medium-high heat, about 2 minutes per side.
  6. Place chops in baking tray and pour any leftover sauce from both the bowl and pan over the lamb.
  7. Bake until medium rare, about 10-15 minutes.
