INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 Tbsp Acala Farms Fresh Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 8 small lamb chops
- Salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, 1 Tbsp Acala Farms Fresh Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Place lamb chops in bowl and let marinate for up to one hour.
- In a large frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp Acala Farms Fresh Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil.
- Brown both sides of the meat on medium-high heat, about 2 minutes per side.
- Place chops in baking tray and pour any leftover sauce from both the bowl and pan over the lamb.
- Bake until medium rare, about 10-15 minutes.
