- 4 Tbsp Acala Farms Fresh Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Acala Farms Chili Cumin Cottonseed Oil
- 4 lbs chicken wings
- 1 jalapeño pepper, minced
- 12 oz Sriracha hot sauce
- 4 Tbsp salted butter
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
METHOD
- In a large bowl, mix 2 Tbsp Acala Farms Fresh Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil, cayenne pepper, mustard, black pepper and Acala Farms Chili Cumin Cottonseed Oil. Reserve 2 tbsp of sauce.
- Rinse and dry chicken wings.
- Toss wings in sauce, and let marinate for 2 hours
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange the wings on a rack over a baking sheet and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan sauté minced jalapeño in 2 tbsp of Acala Farms Fresh Roasted Garlic Cottonseed Oil for 1 minute.
- Add the remaining 2 tbsp of sauce and Sriracha to the saucepan, bring to a simmer.
- Add butter, vinegar and lime juice. Stir until melted.
- Remove wings from oven and toss wings in sauce, serve immediately.
